KC Black Car Refund Policy
At KC Black Car, each trip is carefully scheduled in advance to guarantee reliability and premium service. When a reservation is made, we allocate a professional driver and vehicle exclusively for you, which prevents us from accepting other bookings during that time. For this reason, our refund and cancellation policy is strict and non-negotiable.
Cancellations & Refunds
-
Non-Refundable Minimums
-
All bookings require a non-refundable minimum deposit equal to the base trip cost. This ensures your reservation is secured.
-
-
Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before Pickup
-
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you may receive a credit (not a refund) toward a future booking, subject to availability.
-
-
Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Pickup
-
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup, the full fare is non-refundable.
-
-
No-Shows
-
If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, the trip is considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
-
Delays & Rescheduling
-
We understand that unexpected delays happen. If your schedule changes, please contact us immediately.
-
Rescheduling may be possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
-
Last-minute rescheduling requests (within 48 hours) will be treated as a cancellation.
Exceptions
Refunds or credits may only be issued under the following circumstances:
-
KC Black Car fails to provide the reserved service due to unforeseen operational issues.
-
Severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies where service is not possible.
